This website provides public information about TESTFIT Basic and links customers to the TESTFIT online store, support channels and connected product services.
Contact information
Information you choose to send by email, WhatsApp or another support channel may include your name, contact details, location, vehicle, current air-suspension setup and requested parts or functions. We use it to respond, assess compatibility, prepare quotations and provide requested support.
Online store
Purchases are completed through store.testfit.co.za. The store and its payment or delivery providers may process order, delivery, contact and payment-related information required to complete a transaction. Payment-card details are handled by the applicable payment provider rather than this public landing page.
Website hosting
Website hosting and security providers may process technical information required to deliver and protect the site, including IP address, browser/device information, requested pages, timestamps and security events.
Connected TESTFIT services
Where a TESTFIT Gateway or connected service is used, systems may process a unit/controller identifier, saved connection information, licence state, supported settings and service logs required to provide that functionality.
Retention and access
Information is retained only as reasonably required for enquiries, quotations, orders, customer support, security, licensing and legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
